As we move into the second half of 2024, it’s an opportune time for Rev.io to look back on the last 12 months. This is of course because we acquired Tigerpaw in July of 2023, which was the most transformative single event in our company’s history.
In reviewing the impact of the Tigerpaw acquisition a year on, our CEO Brent Maropis said, “We are very excited about our progress over the last year and about our plans for the platform. Combining best-in-class solutions for both Billing and PSA within a single company expands our addressable market and will pay dividends for our clients as we work towards fully integrating these platforms in this year.”
In the year since the acquisition, the Rev.io team has successfully integrated the core technology and service teams from legacy Tigerpaw into the Rev.io model, allowing us to deliver the top-notch service quality that Tigerpaw was known for while also making rapid enhancements and modernizations to the software itself.
Amidst this major move, we have managed our business well, welcomed new team members, grown our revenue base, and driven further investment into product development.
Here’s a brief summary of the specific progress we’ve made in the year since the Tigerpaw acquisition:
- Renamed Tigerpaw to Rev.io PSA
- Updated the look and feel of Rev.io PSA to enhance the user experience
- Began the development process of the revolutionary Rev.io PSA Web Application (which you can get a sneak peek and ongoing updates of here)
- Attended trade shows and events to meet new PSA clients, including security integrators, AV installers, and managed service providers.
- Planned PSA-focused sessions and attendees into our upcoming 2024 Client Summit
- Rolled out guides that help our PSA clients maximize technician utilization, optimize their inventory management, set up service contracts to increase ROI, and more.
