Looking ahead to 2024, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news about the future of our PSA platform. We’d like to officially announce that we’re in the process of changing the name of this software from Tigerpaw One to Rev.io PSA. With the collective strength of the Rev.io team—now 180 strong—we are gearing up to accelerate updates and modernize our PSA platform to better serve your evolving needs. 2024 promises to be a transformative year for Rev.io, and we can’t wait to embark on it with you.
Here are a few key updates and changes you should be aware of:
1. Tigerpaw is now Rev.io PSA:
We are officially in the process of changing the name of our PSA solution from Tigerpaw to Rev.io PSA.
Expect to see adjustments to the name and logo phase in over the next several months, though there may be a lag in some areas as our team implements these extensive changes.
2. Enhanced Communication in 2024:
Get ready to experience an expanded Rev.io Client Newsletter, featuring detailed updates on roadmap items for both our PSA and Billing products. We will also include links to our release notes and feature engaging video content to keep you in the loop.
We will also introduce a new “Feature of the Month” section for both Billing and PSA, which will highlight key aspects of both systems.
As always, you can rely on the Rev.io Newsletter to gain insights from leadership perspectives and stay updated on key happenings at the company, including where to meet us on the road.
To stay current on all of our communications, please remember to whitelist any emails from the Rev.io domain to ensure uninterrupted communication.
3. New Consolidated Rev.io Website:
In January, we will be launching a new consolidated Rev.io website. This new site will feature detailed information on all Rev.io’s products (including Rev.io PSA) with an improved user journey. Soon after, tigerpaw.com will redirect to this new site.
After the launch you can visit www.rev.io to see our latest perspectives via blog posts, and to see information related to our product and to the service providers community.
4. Tigerpaw Academy and Online Help Plans:
Stay tuned for rebranding and updates to Tigerpaw Academy and Online Help over the next several months.
To minimize disruption, we’ll keep academy.tigerpaw.com as your destination for PSA user knowledge until further notice. We’ll be updating resources one at a time, focusing on the most important items within the Academy. We will provide you updates on the long-term plans for the Academy later in 2024.
